Perrier

Perrier is one of the world's most iconic brands. Naturally occurring Perrier mineral water emanates from a spring in Verges, near Marseilles, in the South of France. The source's unique balance of minerals and low sodium level has ensured that it continues to be the most popular and widely distributed mineral water in the world. Perrier is naturally carbonated from volcanic gas pockets that are trapped deep within the limestone rock. The source has long been named 'Bouillens' because of the way it spurts out of the ground like boiling water.

Perrier should be served chilled at 12% Celsius and accompanied only by a slice of lemon or lime. Ice should never be added as the water content of the cubes will mix with the Perrier and alter the unique taste of the water. Perrier is perfect ingredient for bringing cocktails to life especially the Perrier Mojoto.

Perrier has planted and maintains some 1,235 acres to preserve the environment around the spring and act as a natural filter for the water. In addition, farmers and growers in the 8,650 adjacent acres are all certified organic. Perrier also complies to the European Union definition of a 'mineral water', meaning it originates underground, is bacteriogically healthy, has a constant mineral content bottled at the source without being treated.

With no sugar, caffeine or calories, Perrier is indeed the champagne of waters.

Perrier is the world's leading mineral water and is currently available in more than 140 countries.
